Basic meatloaf This recipe serves 6. It contains low-sodium or no-salt brand name products that can be found in most grocery stores. Ingredients2 pounds ground beef 1 cup Cracker Meal® 2 large eggs 2/3 cup ketchup (no salt added), divided 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Vegit® (low-salt seasoning) Directions- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Use a non-stick cooking spray to coat the pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except for 1/3 cup ketchup.
- Mix well.
- Place on a baking pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining 1/3 cup ketchup over the top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until done.
