Fruit smoothies

 

Almost anyone will enjoy this refreshing drink, especially on a hot day. Makes 2 servings.

 

Ingredients

1 medium to large banana
1 cup orange juice
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
1/4 cup sugar substitute

 

Directions

  1. Peel and cut banana into large chunks.
  2. Place in resealable bag. Seal and freeze for at least 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
