Pyramid tortilla wraps

 

People of all ages will enjoy this healthy, easy-to-do light lunch or snack. It helps fulfill the daily nutrition requirements outlined in the food pyramid -- without a lot of hassle.

 

Ingredients

For each serving you need...

  • 1 8-inch tortilla (You could also try a slice of bread or an English muffin.)
  • 2 ounces thin sliced turkey or ham
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • lowfat mayonnaise, cream cheese or margarine

 

Directions

  1. Spread each tortilla with mayonnaise, margarine or cream cheese.
  2. Layer on the meat, cheese, lettuce and raisins.
  3. Roll up and enjoy.
