Fat-free toasted tortilla chipsMakes 4 servings, 12 chips per serving. Ingredients4 six-inch fat-free flour tortillas juice of a large fresh lime, strained chili powder or cayenne pepper, to taste Directions- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Pour lime juice into a clean spray bottle kept exclusively for this use.
- Lightly mist each tortilla triangle with the juice.
- Sprinkle lightly with chili powder or cayenne pepper.
- Place close together in a singer layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until chips are crisp.
- Serve warm with Santa Fe hot bean dip.
