Luscious Lobster Tail

INGREDIENTS:
5 medium Lobster tails, split open
¾ tbsp. ground pepper
¼ tbsp. chili powder
¾ tbsp. ginger paste
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. lemon juice
butter


DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine pepper,chili powder, salt and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Set aside momentarily.

2. Crush garlic to a paste and add to pepper mixture along with the ginger paste. Stir until well mixed.

3. Rinse and pat dry lobster tails. Spread mixture evenly over all 5 lobster tails. Transfer lobster into a baking pan and refrigerate for ½ hour, allowing flavors to marry.

4. Remove lobster tails from refrigerator and lightly brush with butter lightly. Bake at 400°F in oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with garlic bread and good white wine.
