Nutty Seed Snack - CarbsPerServing:102g total Effort:Easy Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup almonds -- roasted & salted 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted -- roasted & salted 1/4 cup cashews -- roasted & salted 1/2 cup soy nuts -- roasted & salted 3/4 cup coconut -- unsweetened 2 tablespoons oil1/4 cup water 4 tablespoons ThickenThin not/Sugar -- (per TBSP 4.4 g carbs 4.4gfiber, 0.1 g protein) 8 tablespoons Splenda 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 teaspoon cinnamon How to Prepare: Dissolve the splenda tablets in water & add the oil & vanilla. Mix all of the dry ingredients. Mix everything together thoroughly. Transfer to a large roasting pan with sides. Bake @ 325 degrees for about 30 minutes--stir occasionally. Cool & store in air tight container. Makes 6 cups NOTES : Counts for ThickenThin not/Sugar and soy nuts not included in totals. |
