Turkey Cutlets - South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1) Turkey Cutlets 2 lbs. thinly sliced turkey cutlets 2 Tblsp. fresh rosemary 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 1/4 c fresh lemon juice 2 Tblsp. olive oil 1 Tblsp. black peppercorns 1 tsp. salt * In a large bowl, mix together rosemary, garlic, 2 Tblspns lemon juice, olive oil and black peppercorns. Add turkey cutlets and let marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. * Preheat grill or non-stick frying pan. Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Remove turkey from marinade and sprinkle with salt. (optional). Cook cutlets on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with 2 Tblsp. lemon juice.
