Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Pear Chutney - South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 2) Ingredients 1 pound lean pork tenderloin 2 small pear(s) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp sugar free mango chutney (Steel's is what I use) 1 tsp ginger root 1 clove garlic clove(s) 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/2 c chicken broth Instructions Slice pork into 1" slices, brown in olive oil with garlic and salt and pepper. Add pears, chicken broth, mango chutney. Simmer until sauce thickens and pears softened...and until pork is desired doneness.
