Dilled Peas & Walnuts - South Beach Diet Recipe (Phase 1) 1 10 oz pk frozen peas 1/4 c chopped onion 1 T low fat butter 1 1/2 t fresh dill or 1/2 t dried dill 1/4 t salt 1/4 t black pepper 3 T broken walnuts or slivered almonds, toasted 1. Cook frozen peas and onion according to package directions. Drain and return to saucepan. Stir in butter, dill, salt and pepper; heat through. Sprinkle with walnuts. Nutrition facts: 127 calories; 7 g total fat; 180 mg sodium; 12 g carbo; 4 g fiber; 5 g protein
