Tarragon chicken 

 

This recipe serves 4. It contains low-sodium or no-salt brand name products that can be found in most grocery stores.

 

Ingredients

2.5 pounds fryer chicken, cut up
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 tablespoon parsley
1/4 cup almonds, sliced
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can Campbell's® low-sodium, ready-to-serve cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove the skin and visible fat from the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish.
  4. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the chicken.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
