Oven fried fish 

 

This recipe serves 4. It contains low-sodium or no-salt brand name products that can be found in most grocery stores.

 

Ingredients

1.5 pounds fish fillets
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon Minnesota Fish® no-salt seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes®, crumbs

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Use a non-stick cooking spray to coat the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter, lemon juice and seasonings.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Put the Corn Flakes crumbs in a separate small bowl.
  6. Dip each fish fillet into the wet mixture and roll in the Corn Flakes.
  7. Arrange fish in a single layer in the baking dish.
  8. Spoon the rest of the wet mixture over the fish (not the Corn Flakes).
  9. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
