Oven fried fish This recipe serves 4. It contains low-sodium or no-salt brand name products that can be found in most grocery stores. Ingredients1.5 pounds fish fillets 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 3/4 teaspoon Minnesota Fish® no-salt seasoning 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes®, crumbs Directions- Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
- Use a non-stick cooking spray to coat the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the unsalted butter, lemon juice and seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Put the Corn Flakes crumbs in a separate small bowl.
- Dip each fish fillet into the wet mixture and roll in the Corn Flakes.
- Arrange fish in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Spoon the rest of the wet mixture over the fish (not the Corn Flakes).
- Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
